[OS X TeX] Flashmode-TS 2.1 - a complaint

I do not concur with Fernando's Pereira's conclusions that I violated
the spirit of the GPL License. But before this whole discussion is
getting out of bounds let me announce that Richard Koch will
implement the modification officially so that this point will be moot.
