[OS X TeX] updated Spotlight DVI importer

Hi all,

I've updated the DVIImporter.mdimporter that was announced here a few weeks ago.  Thanks to Bruno for helping debug a buffer overflow in dvi2tty that caused a hang when it encountered a path name longer than 100 characters.  We also discovered that dvi2tty uses ISO Latin 1 encoding for its output, so files that formerly showed as empty should be imported now.

The updated version is available at <http://homepage.mac.com/amaxwell/> on a disk image.
