[OS X TeX] How to suppress automatic sectioning in bibliography?

OK,

I am putting finishing touches on a {scrartcl} using package {chicago}.
I know how to hide the number before a section-title by doing a
\section*{Acknowledgements}, but would also like to suppress automatic
sectioning of the \bibliography, i.e. the number before References.
Don't know how to do that, I'm afraid.

Anyone?

Cheers,

Mika.
