[OS X TeX] landscape longtable

I regularly use landscape longtables, and at the top of each is the
following:

\begin{landscape}
\begin{center}
\tiny
\begin{longtable}{column info here}

my pages are all 6x9 inches, and I can cram a huge amount of tiny text into
them, including multi-line headers and footers.
