[2] contains everything you need to add LinkBack support to Keynote.  
[1] is provided for entertainment/background only. No separate server  
needs to be installed, the framework is contained within the  
application, or for Keynote within the plugin bundle.

Developers only - add support at the application level, not at the OS  
level. Really [2] and [3] are all you need.

PS. TeXType contains some bugs at the moment: the default template is  
not directly editable. I already notified the author. But it does  
show the potential of the technique.
