[OS X TeX] Screwed up fonts

pdfTeX uses only PK fonts, which do look ugly. The reason is that 
pdfTeX does not use a MAP file, probably because there is none.

Try 'sudo updmap' and it might cure it all since only standard 
PostScript fonts are used!
