Please note that sansmath.sty is intended to get one a quick / dirty  
sans serif typesetting of equations --- you should either be able to  
rework it, (or maybe just do  
\renewcommand{\sfdefault}{whatever-your-comic-sans-fontname-prefix-is- 
here}).

I believe if you load Euler --- \usepackage{eulervm} and sansmath, then  
change sfdefault and use \mathversion{sans} I think it is, you should  
get a fairly decent result (letters and numbers will come from Comic  
Sans, symbols &c. will come from Euler w/ is dark enough, and  
hand-writing-like enough to not be so jarring as Computer Modern would  
be).
