[OS X TeX] installing ifmath fonts?

I know almost nothing, but I was able to get them installed and  
working in a few minutes (again, see the instructions in my previous  
post).

As for the installer, I couldn't tell you. Of course Micropress is a  
Windows-centric company, so any installer would inevitably be Windows  
only.
