What's new since 1.3.1 ?
- you can now compose using pdflatex or latex+dvipdf - it is useful  
for some packages;
- you can now export library items as "encapsulated" or "decorated"  
text;
- you can now check for new versions;

Now, there are two points on which I would like volunteer beta  
testers to focus their attention :
-if latex+dvipdf works as expected
-how could I  improve the "Encapsulations" panels so that people that  
do not care understand what it is anyway ?
