It is indeed the TCOBrowser Adam is talking about - it's a neat  
program for accessing TeX package related documentation from your  
Mac. Check it out: http://tcobrowser.sourceforge.net/
you will like it.

Apparently TCOBrowser also installs MikTeX packages... (I'm amazed as  
usual)
