[OS X TeX] LaTeXiT 1.3.1 released

Hi

I have updated 1.3.1 beta to reflect the following changes:
-changes to the default preamble can now be applied to "open  
documents" and "library"
-you can now save/load libraries
-Command-+ is a new shortcut for library adding

This is still beta, don't hesitate to make criticisms
