You have nothing to do. If the application declares a service, it  
will be automatically added in the Service menu when launching the  
app the first time. Sometimes, you need to put the application in / 
Applications and reboot, but it is not the case for LaTeXiT.

It is different from "pure services" which are not launchable  
standalone application. These ones would be installed in /Library/ 
Services or ~/Library/Services.
