Howdy,

I've been using gwTeX (Gerben Wierda's combination of teTeX+selected  
TeXLive+etc.) so can't comment on the fink distribution. I do know  
that I'm using the same version of pdftex but I have a newer version  
of hyperref (2003/11/30 v6.74m). I don't know what else has changed,  
but I'd try to update that.

Is it a Table of Contents listing or the actual indentation of the  
sectioning the document that is the problem.
