I removed the Adobe PDF Plugin folder and the AdobePDFViewer.plugin 
file from the Internet Plug-Ins -- and it works brilliantly, using 
Schubert IT's PDF Browser Plugin!

This is one more reminder that Adobe is providing only bad services ...
