Howdy,

If you make the first line of your LaTeX files

%&latex

TeXShop will automatically go the latex+ghostscript route. Likewise, if the
first line is

%&pdflatex 

it will automatically use pdflatex. Don't try this for Context though, as I
found out the hard way; it seems to confuse texexec and there is no
`context' program any more.
