It can be done, but these are only the text fonts (without small caps
or old-style figures), so you lose the advantage of having a nicely
blending maths font to match. (While this seems to be the big reason
for using them, I note that TLC is typeset in Lucida Bright with maths
in CM.)
All it needs is to rename the fonts and run them through ttf2tex...the
documentation explains all.
I wouldn't have a clue if you're "allowed" to do it or not, though.
