[OS X TeX] Flashmode Trial versions

While this is certainly true for people on this list, this is not for 
the other users, in particular newcomers.
I would suggest to use "FlashMode" as a synonym to "continuous preview" 
which is more sensible, and has a wider audience, as far as I can tell.
