[OS X TeX] texshop defaults suggestions...

Well, not to sound annoyed, but I'm not blind or anything! :)  
It's just that for many months I've been staring at the same two
windows (for 12-20 hours a day, as I do a physics thesis and
papers), and my eyes tend to glaze over after a while.  Putting it
differently, I don't want to affect most other applications.

I was hoping texshop could do it, since the newest version of
it is "almost there" with the additianal color options.
