[OS X TeX] Which Emacs / XEmacs is recommended?

Hello,

I just installed TeXLive on my computer and wanted to switch to Emacs /
XEmacs to do my LaTeX writing. I searched the web but now I am a little bit
confused which one to pick. There seem to a lot of packages and
distributions. I simple want the best tool for doing my LaTeX work and
printing of it, if it possible as a normal Mac OS X app.

Which Emacs and / or Xemacs alternative can you suggest.
