\begin{tabular}{@{}|c|c|c|c|c|c|c|} does not undo the indentation of
the whole table relative to the text's left margin. And in this case it
can't change any indentation because the space as addressed with @{} is
used by |. If every line would not start with | then the table would
shift a bit to the left.
