Howdy,

So Shift-Cmd-B and Cmd-B are the same thing? E.g., although it shows up a
Cmd-I on the menu I actually press Cmd-I and Shift-Cmd-i. Why did Cmd-I work
when Shift-Cmd-I runs MakeIndex?
