[OS X TeX] TeXShop: how to remedy "Unknown graphics extension: .eps"

Howdy,

Sorry, it is indeed the epstopdf package. It converts the .eps to a .pdf
which can be included in a file processed by pdflatex. Hands on keyboard
working after 2 glasses of wine... Sigh...

By the the way, putting

%&pdflatex

as the first line will always make TeXShop process the file with pdflatex.
