I hate to correct you but this is not very helpful. The TL2003 and  
TL2004 releases will still be updated if necessary and this may  
change. Besides, the 2003 and 2004 releases may still change (e.g. if  
serious problems are detected), so this may change. The same is true  
for the 2005 release, which may get updated to (say) jan 2006 status  
(like the 2004 release is from early 2005, so TL 2004 + fixes since  
then until early 2005.

What you can depend on that the pdfetex version of TL2003 and TL2004  
will most probably not change. The pdfetex version of 2005 may still  
change if there are important updates before 2006.
