MacQTeX does all this, and allows you to provide tailor-made solutions
using the same randomised values that are used in the questions,
rather than just providing a generic solution for all parameter values.

MacQTeX is based upon D.P.Storey's  AcroTeX  macros, with
locally developed extensions for a better appearance and extra
functionality with solutions and hints.

Both AcroTeX and MacQTeX were presented at TUG 2001; see
