[OS X TeX] Weird page size problem using XeLaTeX

Hi Bruno,

thanks for your analysis. I will see if i can follow you that deep :-)

The solution suggested by Pete and Jonathan to call xelatex with the 
-papersize option works fine (thanks!), but setting the papersize from 
within the document fails as soon as i include the eso-pic package. If i 
do not use it, the pagesize option of the scrartcl class works fine.

I have forwarded my problem to the author of the eso-pic package and 
hope that he can fix it.
