[OS X TeX] about TeXniscope

Can anyone tell me how to call TeXniscope from the command line.

Macintosh:~ de$ xxx my.pdf
or
Macintosh:~ de$ xxx my.dvi

What should I substitute the xxx with to open the files with TeXniscope?

I would really appreciate it if you answer me
