[OS X TeX] How to copy and paste tables into LaTeX (from Excel or other programs)?

I have found Excel2LaTeX to be excellent, after some modifications.

I have added the following functionality to my own version:
- Support for tabularx and booktabs
- Support for X and p-columns (using text coloring in Excel)
- Support for bulleted lists in tables (using an asterisk as a bullet in
Excel)
- Support for citations (using the @-character in the Excel source)
- Support for Mac-type file paths
- Support for justified, ragged left and ragged right columns

A screenshot of the interface can be seen at

If anyone is interested, I might discuss with the author of the original
version about making my "new and improved" version available for general
consumption ;-)

Best regards,
    Casper.
