I needed what I have learned to be called GUI Latin Modern fonts.
After having found the announcement by gerben Wierda ("Create figures
in other apps and use the same font as you use in TeX." Jan 11 04), I
have reinstalled TeX (with Full/2005 Install), but I did not get any
panel asking me if I wanted to install the Latin Modern fonts for other
(than TeX) applications.
Then, I have found the above message by Juan Palacios (and the answers
by Bruno Voisin and Gerben Wierda) in the archives of the list. The
difference is that I did not have any directory named
/Library/Fonts/Latin Modern (in both places where I could find them).
So I (re)installed FontForge, Freetype, then TeX another time (this
time with Expert/2005 options). Still no Latin Modern directory or
file.
Then I decided to reconfigure, with all the options on. Same result.
Thanks for your help.
