[OS X TeX] latexit anomaly

These things can be best debugged by studying the .log file from the
compile at both ends. Whatever differences are in the result PDF should
show up somehow in the .log.
If you kow how to study diffs automatically, do so. If not, send me
both log files off list and I'll have a look at it.
