Utopia works in text, but Fourier has no chance since it's much to much
based on tricky (vf) files ...
Anyway: IMO LaTeXiT 1.40 can produce output with XeLaTeX. Beautiful
XeLaTeX output will be restricted to text. Math will be set in Computer
Modern. So it's good to have CM-Super/BaKoMa installed. Latin Modern's
use will be restricted to text, or there is something that I've missed!
