[OS X TeX] hypertex links and \includegraphics

Hello!

Is there a way to create a TeX document of many single PDF pages, that 
have links, and this complete document allows access to these links?

I've read that a problem in pdfTeX prevented this from working ... 
could be someone already found a work-around!
