[OS X TeX] Conference booklet cls?

I have agreed to put together a conference booklet with a schedule,  
abstracts, index, etc for a meeting with about 400 submissions.  I'd  
like to use LaTeX if possible, but I can't seems to track down any  
decent .cls files.  Does anyone have any experience with conference  
booklets in TeX?
