[OS X TeX] TeXShop 2.0 - pdfstartview=FitV isn't working

I have also noticed that the hyperref option:

pdfstartview=FitV

doesn't seem to do anything to the preview. Might this be because I  
have set the Preview Preference "After Window Resize" to "Fixed  
Magnification"?
