which engine are you using? (dvips/ghostscript, pdftex, xetex)
what fonts are you using? (Type 1, Type 3 (bitmap), TrueType, OpenType,
AAT)
what sort of graphics? (eps, pdf, png, other)
what tool are the PC users using to view the .pdf? How was it
transferred to them? Is the file corrupt or incompleat?
what tools do you have available? Have you considered purchasing the
full version of Acrobat?
