Howdy,
Are you talking about TeXShop? What kind of shortcuts? If you want some
Command Completions (and abbreviations), which you can freely customize,
delete and add to for TeXShop you can try getting the CommandCompletion.sit
file from my download site, <http://homepage.mac.com/herbs2/>. That might
get you started. There also is Auto Completion (a preference setting in
TeXShop) that will do things like substitute ``_{}'' when you type ``_'' and
that can be customized too.
