It seems you've added two naming variants of lucida to the main map 
file.

updmap --listmaps will list all map files, and this is the section for 
lucida, one with the Y&Y naming scheme, and the other with the Karl 
Berry naming scheme. Make sure only one is active (indicated here with 
the # marks.

Map lucidabr.map
#! Map lucidabr-o.map
Map lumath.map
#! Map lumath-o.map

the following should resolve the issue (if the above appears without 
hashmarks in the output of updmap --listmaps):
sudo updmap --disable lucidabr-o.map
sudo updmap --disable lumath-o.map
