[OS X TeX] Tiger & TeX

Could we please stop the discussion about NDA? Every thread in every 
discussion forum about Tiger ultimately ends in discussing the NDA. 
People who want to say something about Tiger shall say it (and the 
legal implications are their personal problems), and people who don't 
want shall stay quiet.

Sorry for the rant, but sometimes I feel like being part of a lawyer's 
community and not a computer community.
