I fixed my problem with these:

\usepackage{array,ragged2e,longtable}
\begin{longtable}{>{\RaggedLeft}p{35mm}p{27mm}>{\RaggedRight}p{135mm}}
%\begin{longtable}{>{\RaggedLeft}p{35mm}l>{\RaggedRight}p{135mm}}

Your example works with this definition:

    \begin{tabular}{>{\RaggedRight}p{25mm}*{3}{>{\RaggedRight}p{40mm}}}
