TeX4ht creates the files in the work directory where they might also
be validated (highly recommended) and postprocessed. A calling
instruction of the form
htlatex filename "" "" "-d<dir>"
can be used to request the moving of the outcome to another
directory. For instance,
htlatex filename "" "" "-d~/my/www/dir/"
