Well there's XeTeX, as I noted. (and as Jonathan pointed out the URL is 
http://scripts.sil.org/xetex )

It'll ``just work''.

There are other alternatives, but I think XeTeX is the real, bright 
shining star for this sort of thing (but I wish there were similar 
things for other platforms).
