[OS X TeX] Texinfo file

Thank you Bob. I found what I was looking for (latex2e.texi)  on TUG.

I am a little bit surprised by the version of this file: 1996, 
apparently. Do you know if there is a latex2e.texi file dealing with 
the numerous new features available since this date?
