[OS X TeX] Bibtex and newspaper articles

Hello,

I have a question which might be off topic but I hope I can get some 
help here.
I have in my reference list a lot of newspaper articles. So for me it 
is important to have not just year and month but also the day in my 
reference list which is no problem. But what do I have to do that 
Bibtex is also ordering the articles correctly with an ascending date? 
I cannot figure it out by myself.
