Shouldn't be a terrible difficulty, assuming you're either going to get 
the Type 1 version (for use w/ pdftex or dvips), or the OpenType 
version (for use w/ XeTeX), or are willing to use tools like Eddie 
Kohler's opentype font install tools.

MathTime would be okay for symbols &c., but you'll probably want to set 
the math alphabets so that numbers and letters are drawn from Trump 
Mediaeval --- it's got some idiosyncratic forms and ordinary-looking 
Times characters would clash rather badly.

You may want to consider \usepackage{eulervm} instead --- I think TM is 
dark enough to work well with it, and the calligraphic feeling may 
harmonize well (or it might conflict terribly --- having a hard time 
visualizing this).
