[OS X TeX] euro symbol

Whenever you are missing a package, the first place to look is the CTAn 
archive (or any of its mirros).  For example, eurosans can be retrieved 
from

	http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/eurosans/
