[OS X TeX] Solution: the ghostscript crash on metapost

That was my midnight error - I got distracted by the fact that TeXshop 
crashed because of the automatic conversion triggered by

	\DeclareGraphicsRule{*}{mps}{*}{}

Going back to manual conversion, I confused epstopdf with mptopdf :-(
(Which was in my old shell script I used a year ago before relying on 
the DeclareGraphicsRule.)

I removed it a long time ago - because

But then: why does TeXShop crash?
