Yes.

BBEdit.

Its *not* an ueber-editor where [Con|Xe|La]TeX[t] is concerned, but its "general" editing features (search, diff, markers, AS and unix-filter support), its "rightness" (in the UI, Keyboard shortcuts, D&D behaviour), the direct and indirect support etc. etc. make it unbeatable for me.
