[OS X TeX] benchmarking TeX - need example file

Stephan,

why don't you simply use the TeX or LaTeX or whatever introductions 
(OzTeX, CMacTeX, MikTeX ... German, French ...) that are around and 
often located on CDs or DVDs? If one intro isn't enduring enough: 
stitch a few of them together that this document is usable (should it 
matter whether all ISO Latin characters are correctly processed?).
