[OS X TeX] Windows software list...

FYI. Some of use occasionally have to use Windows. There are 
occasionally questions about where/what, etc on this list. I've put 
together, off the main page, a link for Windows users. If you think of 
a better place to put it (not up top in the main menu!), please let me 
know. It's not in an obvious place.
