[OS X TeX] Flashmode Kit for BBEdit-TeXniscope

I modified the two applications so that a controlled exit is possible. 
An additional file "check" which should be placed in ~/Documents is 
checked, if it contains the word "run", if this is not the case, then 
both applications quit.
