Select PDF as output, select the graphic and then drag it from the 
'well'. It is in the top-right corner of your document view.

For complicated exports on slow machines, especially hwne you try to 
export bitmaps in the order of megabytes, I use the export function 
instead because otherwise you have to keep down your mouse butten for a 
long time until the export has been created.
